No. The $399 build is a one-time cost and the site is yours. The $50/month plan is an optional add-on for hosting, security, and small ongoing updates — you're never required to sign up for it to get your site built.
Most sites go from free mockup to live launch within a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly we get content and feedback from you.
Yes. The site is built for your business and is yours. If you ever cancel the optional hosting/care plan, we'll help you transition it to another host.
We're based in Northeast Florida and build most of our sites for local businesses there, but we also work with local businesses in other states — reach out and we'll let you know if we're a good fit.
